HPS Medical Tourism provides medical tourism facilitation and international patient coordination. We are not a healthcare provider and do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No medical relationship
Use of this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship. All medical decisions are made by licensed hospitals and treating physicians after direct consultation.
Estimates & information
Cost estimates and treatment information are indicative and subject to clinical assessment. Final pricing and suitability are confirmed by the treating hospital.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, obtain appropriate travel insurance, follow pre- and post-operative instructions from your treating physician, and comply with applicable laws.
Limitation of liability
HPS is not liable for medical outcomes, which remain the responsibility of the treating healthcare provider. Our liability for coordination services is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye and England & Wales where applicable to international patients. Disputes should first be raised with our coordinator team.
